Foreign Sales Team: Sales of foreign shipbuilding yards, Money collection management, Market analysis
Domestic Sales Team: Project process management, Performance of overhaul construction, etc.
Technology engineering Department
Design Team: Review of OEM drawing, Preparation of nesting, Design of future brand
Technical Support Team : Drawing for estimate/Technical support
Purchasing Department
Purchasing Team : Raw material procurement & management / Management of internal and external cooperative firms / Finding new customers / Expected and actual budget work / Material management
Quality Management Department
Yard inspection, Class inspection, On-site inspection, WPS & Welder management, Maintenance of ISO 9001
Manafacturing Department
Manufacturing Team : Welding/Can making/Assembly/Test/Painting regarding various projects
A/S Team : Maintenance of products sold
Management Department

Recruiting procedure

The recrutment is implemented on a rolling basis whenever the job opportunity is avaliable.

Phase 1 Document screening
Submit a resume, a letter of self-introduction(including the detailed work experience in case of experienced applicants) and other evidential documents through the relevant Website or by e-mail of the person in charge of recruiting
Phase 2 Interview
The interview schedule is individually informed to those who passed the document screening process.
If you visit our head office on the date you are informed, the interview is performed by the corresponding head of department.
The additional interview may be required in case that the applicant is experienced or applying for the position of head of department.
Phase 3 Hiring
The applicants who passed the interview are hired for MIRAE Industries.
Fill out the necessary documents for hiring and submit them with the related evidential documents to us.
New recruits are hired as the regular employee after 3-month probationary period.
